02Clients log in without a licence
Fulcrum has no viewer seat. A client who wants to look gets a data share or a paid user licence. In Geocadra a client contact is invited as a viewer at no cost, 2 to 10 per paid seat depending on the plan. They follow progress on the map and download the report PDF and the exports themselves.
03The client's drawing on the map, and back as DXF
Fulcrum's map layers are tiles, WMS, GeoJSON, KML and ArcGIS feature services, and its exports stop at GIS formats. Geocadra puts your client's DXF or DWG under the map as a reference you can snap to. At the end of the round it exports a layered DXF with labels, rings and fills, previewed in the browser before download. DXF export is on Pro and up.
04Reports built from blocks, not code
Fulcrum has a basic report builder and an advanced one that works with HTML, JavaScript and CSS templates. A Geocadra report is a column of blocks: data tables, photo appendices, map figures and text, which an AI assistant can draft from the inspection data. Finalise it to a PDF with real page numbers; revise it as rev. B. Reports are on every plan.

Fulcrum, made by Spatial Networks in the United States, has been a field data collection platform since 2011. It offers an app designer with calculations, conditional rules and repeatable sections, native apps for iOS and Android with offline capture, PDF reports, record history with restore, workflows and an ArcGIS Online integration. The API, webhooks, single sign-on and its AI features are on the Elite plan and up. Fulcrum also runs a separate EU instance for customers who need their data to stay in the EU.

How does Fulcrum handle several clients?
